Erik Kerr, VP of Business Development

Erik is a fifteen year veteran of the coaching industry. His expertise in all aspects of the industry, from marketing and sales to product development make him a perfect fit for the company. Erik's ability to think outside the box leads to unique and innovative products and solutions.

He has consulted for and worked with several companies in building successful sales and marketing programs built around training and coaching products. These programs have developed into multi-million dollar revenue streams for these companies.

Some of these companies include Franklin Covey, TrueNorth, InvesTools, IDI Global, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Fast-Flip, LLC.

He has a passion for adult learning methodology, including Action Learning, Communities of Practice and Reflection. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, fly fishing and travel. Erik graduated in Advertising from Brigham Young University, and has been happily married for over 15 years and has four great boys.
