Erik Felsted is the Chief Financial Officer and brings years of experience and knowledge to Premier Mentoring. Erik is responsible for the development and implementation of the financial systems and policies for the company. His expertise in financial planning, analysis, merchant accounts, taxation, forecasting, and corporate budgeting have made him a tremendous asset to the Executive Management Team. His professionalism and high work ethics have played a vital role in the transformation of Premier Mentoring into what it is today.
Erik has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and received a Master’s Degree from Brigham Young University in 1993. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young from 1994-2000 specializing in Entrepreneurial Services and Federal Taxation consulting. His career then took him to Bellevue, WA where he worked as CFO for Entirenet, LLC to develop better accounting systems, project management systems, etc. His entrepreneurial spirit gave him the focus to begin a partnership in his own business and technology consulting firm that incubates new businesses or accelerates existing businesses to higher growth and greater return to investors/owners.
He has been an intricate part of the development and implementation of CoachStar, the Premier Mentoring in-house database program for tracking all aspects of the company’s internal business operations. Not one to let the grass grow under his feet, Erik has also co-founded several businesses including Agemni, Inc. and Big 4 Development, LLC. His list of accomplishments also includes serving as a member of Ernst & Young’s National Tax Entrepreneurial Services team. He loves his position at Premier Mentoring because he can see the benefits of assisting others in reaching financial independence and helping them meet their personal goals in life. His own personal goal is to continually improve the business each and every day to successfully impact more lives in a positive way. Simply stated, he encourages people to “take some calculated risks, put yourself in a position to do the type of work that you enjoy and you will earn more than you ever knew possible. Love your life and love God.”
Erik is married and has three children. He enjoys music, racquetball, writing, and the outdoors; and is also a successful real estate investor. He is generous with his time and support to his church, Primary Children’s Medical Center and the Boy Scouts of America.
