Jeff Spangler is the Chief Executive Officer for Premier Mentoring, as well as one of its principal owners. His extensive background in sales and business management has brought a high level of knowledge and integrity to the Premier Mentoring Executive Team. As one of the original owners and founders of the company, Jeff oversees and sets the pace and direction of this rapidly growing business. His professionalism and quick wit have strengthened the relationships that have been developed with current and future clients of Premier Mentoring.
Jeff is an advisory board member for the WiLife Co. The background that has successfully steered his continued experience and growth has been “hands on”, including his successful work in the industry for fifteen years. He has worked in the coaching sales industry as an executive, sales trainer and team leader prior to the formation of his own company. He has served as owner and CEO of Premier Mentoring for the past nine years.
Being known for having a calm and sometimes quiet demeanor, Jeff has developed an excellent balance of leadership skills and quick sense of humor. He sets a professional, yet approachable example to all who know him. He has been recognized in both “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” and “Who’s Who Among American Business Owners”.
Jeff loves this business because of the strong entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in the education it provides. It attracts the type of people he enjoys working with, and allows him the benefit of learning from those who succeed by using that same entrepreneurial and passionate spirit that drives one to victory. He enjoys keeping his personal and business skills at peak performance through ongoing education and seminars provided by others who have a proven track record.
He is adamant that the biggest accomplishment in his life thus far was convincing his wife to marry him. He is a loving father, and has many interests which include skiing, golfing, wakeboarding, basketball, softball and traveling. He is also actively involved in his church and community, as well as many charitable organizations. He would love to work with others in finding a resolution to achieving financial and personal happiness for everyone he comes in contact with.
